This contract outlines the terms and conditions for solicitors to engage in non-legal jobs.

THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this ___ day of ___, 20___ by and between the parties listed below (“Solicitor”) and (“Employer”) with the intent to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Solicitor will perform non-legal jobs for the Employer.

Solicitor agrees to perform the non-legal job duties as specified in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

Employer agrees to pay Solicitor a flat fee of $___ for the performance of the non-legal job duties. Payment shall be made within 30 days of the completion of the services.
